Hello!!
I`ve got a probelm with the Echo Plugin (Home Edition)
If I use the mute (echo) effect on the left Deck it works normal. The music gets lower and lower.
But if I do the same on the right deck, the musik just stops!!
Has nothing to do with default Deck or if the left or right deck is selceted!
Its everytime the same, sometimes the hole program crashes if I use the "Mute" in the echo effect.
As a consequence its always dangerous to use this effect while recording ...
Please help me!

Sorry nobody got back to you. I've been on the forums for quite a while now and I havn't heard of this problem before.
Maybe your best bet is to contact support. (Click on Help, then Ask a question).

Oh, before you contact support, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the software just to see if it makes any difference. Might be the first thing they ask you to try anyway.

Hey!!
Now I got at least an answer :)
I think the problem is with the effect itself.
Bacause I found out that if I wait, lets say, about 1 minute then the programm works normal. But within this time it does not react to any order and does not show, e.g. the turntalbes movin. But the music is still playing ... The other times before I just shut VDJ down because I thought it collapsed.
I will make a support ticket within the next time.

Same here with Echo its will do the same exact thing everytime
