There's a new hip hop sweet home alabama remix out in the clubs... first heard it in NYC couple of weeks back, and it's on the club scene here as well but I can't find it for the life of me.

Anyone know what it is?

Yes, there is a hip hop version of Sweet Home Alamabama. I would have to look it up in my logs when I get home maybe the next day since may not have enough time before gig. This is not a new song, it has been out for some time. I personally don't like it and never play it by choice...

I dont know the name of the DJ that did the Mix though sorry.
 
You might be thinking of the version done by "The Bama Boys"
 
is this the same song as from some Chevy car commercial or something? i thought it was pretty cool.
