I've mapped the nuvj to sample off the video pads for a total 12 sample pads and 6 loop/jingle recordable. You can rotate through the effects on the bank knob and then just push the knob down to trigger the effect and the parameter knobs control the effects. Its alot faster than the Hecules for triggering. Other cool features like the front knob controls the master volume and central knobs can be set up for sample volume or eq's and scratch is working great in v5. peace out!
