I'm using VDJ Rev5 and I'm inchworming my way to where I want to be.
First I rip the DVD's using the DVD Decrypter. (I had a few files come up with errors using the VDJ ripper when the DVD Decrypter worked OK.)
The files are going into an external hard drive and look like this "VTS_01_CHAPTER_40_1.VOB"
If I grab another DVD and rip itto the same folder there will be conflict because they have the same filename.
I go in and add the artist name and title within VDJ but that does not alter the filename.
I think what I should be doing is change the file name to a format that includes the artist and title and then that would carry over.
Please give mesome ideas on what has worked for you.
Thanks.

Do you guys rip each DVD into its own folder and then utilize the virtual folders to see all them.

I just go into the actual file and right click to properties and rename it there. Make sure you keep the .VOB
