Tópico: Dac-2 not working on vista

can anyone help???

i got a new laptop with vista. everything works great with vdj except my dac-2 controller. the drivers are installed and it looks like it is trying to work for a second. when vdj is opening it blinks the display on it then back to the dashes. please help!

If you are using rev6 There is a problem with DAC2.

I believe the DEV team is aware of it.
(cstoll might wanna jump in on this one)

I have not used the DAC-2 with Vista.. so if someone has they might chime in... but,

If you are using a mapper and Rev6, remove the mapper and launch VDJ. Does the display work ? If NO, then the DAC-2 may not be Vista compatible with it's drivers... could always load PCDJ Blue or Red and see if it works.

If the display does show without the mapper and you are using my mapper or someone elses, then you need to stick with Rev5 for now.

I know the cause of the problem with the mapper and Rev6, working with the DevTeam to get it resolved.

I forgot to mention I used to use my DAC2 with vista without any problems.
but i use the DMC2 now.
 
i got it to work... i had to update vista & unplug it from a usb hub then plug in derrectly to laptop.
 
hubs are not good to use
