I have to press every key on the unit 2 times in order for it to activate anything. Like if I want to play, I have to press Play on the BCD 2 times. but Cue works instandly. Please help solving this issue. Any help would be great.

I did purschase vdj but never had time to waste my time regestring on the forum with it because of dumb people like you responding like you have. I asked a simple questions and in return I get this BS. You guys are no help what so ever.!

i did help u if look what said to click the stanard in the bcd2000 controller panal ,and cut your bs next time u will not get help.thank you!
