Hey skin gurus, is it possible to incorporate a color changing velocity view like serato has?
you know, where the waveform changes color based on velocity changes?
this is the only redeeming feature I can find in the software, and i think we could benefit from it..
I've been told that would have to be a skin design, and not a Stef type program addition...
anyone know?
I'd love that for timecode.....

The multi colored waves would have to be added in the software, you can't really do it currently in a skin because the peaks could not remain the same color and would be very dumb looking.
I would very much like some multi-colored waves added in 5.1
on top of that vertical waves should be also added as an option, from a scratch and chop mixing point of view its better.

I for one, second that motion for color-coded waveform just like SSL does, perhaps as an option since the beatgrid is pretty good for house/techno kind of music. This will be the "icing on the cake" for VDJ....other than that, I'm very satisfied with everything else that VDJ already offers.
Somethings are worth to be copied, and if they can be improved - which I'm sure the DEV Team can do-, better yet.
