I was looking to upgrade to Virtual DJ Pro.
it was a time-limit offer ?
Normaly i see the discount. but no enymore(even when i log in), it ask me again for my product key that was on my HERCULES CONSOLE.
so can somebody EXPLEND ME ?, cos i lost my number a long time ago. after registration.

I did a weborder for VDJ as an upgrade for the Console edition last month. I entered my code and saw the reduction in the final amount.
But when I recieved the Invoice the discount is not there, my ticket is now 2 weeks old and still 'Working on it'...?

Unfortunatly no.
The software that comes with the Total Control, While it operates IDENTICALLY to VDJ it is BRANDED as Numark. (important difference).
The upgrade counts only with home versions of VDJ/Atomix Products.
Numark Cue is a Numark product.

That's exactly what I did but my discount as Hercules Console user didn't appear on the invoice, although it was visible while ordering!
Meanwhile my ticket remains unanswered... I think it is 1201280355.

Today I recieved the CC overview showing the VDJ invoice.
There has been made a correction too compensate the reduction for a Console Mk2 user.
So after all it came out OK for me, altough the ticket remians unanswered.
