It's stored in a database stored on each drive used. This way you can go any where and use multiple VDJ systems and never lose your work.

Try using the fix button for the drive that your database is on under config>browser tab and see if that does anything.

Are you using an external (usb, firewire) drive?

"RECURSE" the drive. When you connect up, locate the drive in the browser window and simply right click, then select recurse.
This has aided me when I've had songs missing and goofed up information on my database.
Hope it helps??

Additional ways of doing the old Local Database

I have no clue as why this happens but when your system creates an error it will cause loss of info. That's why I created these filter folders.
I've done this to catch the unscanned files as well as created a search database like the old versions. Try the isscanned=0 in creating a filter folder. ALSO try to browse > clean > fix in the config

Dude, I created errors from different ways of doing things incorrectly. I lost info on each situation. Sometimes I lost BPMs or I lost the ability to have it search in the database or both. In every situation I had to redo those songs. That why I created the folders as I stated above to catch those straglers.
