This is what I got for settings. Right now, it doesn't sound bad, but if I turn the bass up too much on the total control it sounds kind of muddy.
The total control came with Cue LE and Traktor LE. Side by side, Traktor sounds much better. With all the same settings, Traktor is louder with less muddy noise and more clarity.

Again im having problems with my configuration( best quality, autolatency...), nothing seems to work right. whenever i try a fast scratch or even a simple baby scratch, i lose the signal or lose the beat, i get a very bad response. the sound quality isn't even that flawless as they say in the manual. am really embarrassed and thinking i may have made a huge mistake by buying vv. i need help

it should be a setting problem mine works flawlessly..sure it took me a lil bit of time and luck to get it workin ..it was skippin and all that...but now its flawwwwwless...no worries at all..
so be patient my friend....sky will work with u

that wierd sound sounds like the sound i had go to your asio config page of the maya44usb panel and mute channel 1 and 2 monitors.
