Hi,
I know I've asked in the french forum, although I'd like to have opinion from everyone.
I'm trying to create myself some little radio studio for me to practice at home, and broadcast over the internet and who knows what I'll do after that. I currently have a great Radio Mic and I'm looking for a the other gadget I would need. I'm looking for some sort of midi controller that could controller VDJ and maybe tell me which studio monitors should I try to get. I've been told to get the RMX or either the MK2, but anyone has other opinions? I was also looking at the ICDX although what do you all think? Keep in mind, this will be for a personal Radio/Personal(Pratice) Station.
Any opinion is greatly appreciated.

Depends on what you want to achieve with Virtual DJ! If you dont plan on doing scratcing or anything like that then i would go for the MK2. Now if your a turtablest then thats a different story. Also I actually have a old radio Tuner which i connect my mixers output into it and just use regular stereo speakers! if this is just a little home setup just to mess around with dont invest alot of un needed money. the only reason you would need studio monitors is if your planning on recording vocals or music. I dont know how many people know about Yahoo Live but its starting to grow and definetely you need to set up a page there and broadcast there ;)

well lets say I have a budget around 1000$. What would you suggest me. Also, I've never used turtables, although it could be a start for me at home. But That's not a must right now.

$1,000 What equipment do you already have? You have a computer that can handle VirtualDJ? You have any speakers? Knowing what you have will help. My setup consists of Turntables = (Controller), Mixer, Computer, Soundcard, Tuner, Speakers, and Headphones. What is going to cost you the most besides the compute would be a descent sound card and controller!

You might want to look into a shoutcast server, similar to the one VDJ radio uses or getting onto one of the large I-net rebroadcasters. That way you can have a nice amount of listeners at a decent bitrate.
If your going to be building an online radio, that'd be where I'd look first.

Okay, I already have a Mixer, Mic, Computer, Shoutcast Server, but I'm missing the controller and Maybe a pair of monitors.
So, which controller would you guys suggest me to get?
And as for the monitors, what would they be also?
