im using a m audio controller x session pro CONTROLLER

IM ALSO USING JUST COMPUTER SPEAKERS and/OR SOMETIMES I PUT MY HEADPHONES in.
does someone have an idea settings for sound setup?
1.right now im looking at inputs which is just a mouse.
2.the outputs shows a speaker, any ideas? if im using a controller
3.the 1st sound card says simple. but there are others as i doodled around the settings others are primary sound card, the other is sigmatel high definition audio codec/
3a.the second soundcard option is using primary
4..what should the output channels be set too.
now i dont want to use my crossafader i rather use the volumes on deck 1 and 2 to mix but i cant hear my cues in my headphones.
5.what should output channels be set too?
