Hello, I have some video files that are mkv files. I tried to load them in VDJ, but I get an error message. Can some tell me how to resolve this problem? If so, can you give me detailed instructions?

You've probabaly haven't got the codec for it installed in VirtualDJ mate,

Right mate, not to sure on this as I've not had to do this yet but this is how I would go about it, here go's,

First off all download a .mkv codec. Just had a quick google around and found This.

Download it and save somewhere ( I can't tell you where though, I would put it in, My Docs>VirtualDJ folder)

Open VirtualDJ>Config>Codecs tab>add

Extension>mkv, Decoder>Video Decoder, on the drop down.

Look Here for abit more info. I hope I've given you the right info. I can't be sure it will work as I said at the start this is all new to me as well.

Someone might be along in abit to help you more :)
