Damn, you guys all started early in life. I started in radio at 20 as an intern, was lead production within 6 months and on the air in another 6 months and my first club at 22 (Black Angus Restaurant...back in the dark ages when they had clubs and their stainless steel dance floors). Two years later I was music director for the biggest nightclub in Phoenix (Malarkeys, held 2500 people) and the biggest non-alcohol club (Confettis, held over 1500 people)...started late but caught up quiclkly I guess......ah the glory days, they just don't make clubs like that in the west anymore!

I started at 16 (30 now), I don't know, I was interested in the business I guess, and was working for past 14-15 years. I took a vacation though 2 months ago as I am more busy with my firm (selling computers, service, etc.).
I probably will work again, just sold my Hercules MK2 and looking forward to take Numark TC or Vestax VCI-100.
There is the fun in this business, same as with computers, there is always something changing, new music, new gear, new people. Fun. That is all the DJ job is about ;)
