Hi all,
My Girlfriend recently purchased Virtual DJ after I shown some interest to the trial version I downloaded. I'll be honest there was never an intention to do anything other than sit in front of my PC and make a couple of cd's. Admittedly I am a complete novice to all this and find myself in the strange situation of using this software at the age of 30 whereas i imagine many of you started out at a young age and have therefore mastered the skills of being a DJ.
Recently however I have found myself spending more and more time attempting (badly) to mix tracks or simply just leading one into the next, so much so that its even interfering with my time at the pub, I am going later or sometimes not even at all and that takes some going!!
So I thought i would pick on your brains and ask for some beginner tips whilst I seem to have more than a modicum of interest. I have managed to rack up a fair amount of mp3's over the years so I just wondered if anyone would be so kind to guide me to a couple for good mixes just so I can get the grip of mixing and then come up with some of my own ideas.
Thanks
P.s i know it says no license, I will input serial when i return home I registered at work (see its interfering with work now lol)
