ok i did say i had one or two things i needed to do so here is one of them out of the way,
after seeing one or two of the guys having problems doing this also it may help one or two of the new people to the forums, i finally got round to check this off the list of things to do, sorry about the clarity but it is from youtube, but i think you should be able to follow it, any further help needed pm me.

Yep it is, needed that a couple of months ago, when I was trying to post Youtube clips for the first time, I was ripping my hair out, what I've got left of it, I may add, lol
