I went to the Doc's last week, and Turns out I'm gonna need to have a day surgery in early September.

I chose a little song to help explain what the surgery is for:

The Operations manger came down to the shop today and was talking to a few of the guys about this and that. He came over to me with the shop foreman in tow, and asked:

"What are you going for surgery for again? - A hernia wasn't it?"

I promptly replyed:
"Uhhh no the memo must have gotten mixed up, I'm heading for phase 1 of gender-reassignment surgery"


You should have seen the look on his face.

Pure shock, white as a ghost.
 
Thats not bad Marcel, I would have said penis reduction surgery......
