Anyone ever had the cdj800 mk2 stick or freeze on them i've heard that some of them been having this problem?

Not sure if it's the same problem i had but, i took mine to a local repair center and they replaced the platter switches on my 1000 mk3.
It only happened sometimes while scratching or just touching the platter and releasing and Bam!! froze. It was under warranty so i don't know how much it was.
Also do you have the latest update for the 800?
