Tópico: VCI-100 question on deck sensitivity

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I owned a Vestax VCI-100 but sold it within a couple of weeks. Why? Couldn't simulate real turntable response to hand touch on the decks.

My issue was for the midi mapping of the decks, there was no way to control the variation of actual pressure being applied to the decks a real turntable responses to hand contact. It's was basically on/off, I touch it and the deck stops once my hand pressure reaches the sensitivity setting of the decks. What I would expect is if I touch a deck I could actually slow the decks in proportion to the amount of hand pressure I apply (up to a complete stop if enough hand pressure is applied). This would have made it similar to a real life turntable, but it was on/off once you apply the necessary amount of hand touch to the deck.

Has anyone produced a VCI-100 mapping that sends a calculated amount to the decks in proportion to the hand pressure applied to the decks?
