Ok, I checked the manual, searched the archives, and I called Dionne Warwick's physic hotline and still can't figure it out:
Has something been changed in the 5.0 versions where the playlist only saves the tunes that were NOT played rather than all songs that were played in a night?

If I can't get an answer here my next stop will be to ask my wise old grandmother.

Crap.. I just noticed I spelled Psychic wrong and the the "super Psychic" Marcel copied my bad spelling.

First I get a non answer from "DJ Marcel"..... then I get one from "MarceloDJ"

My Granny said there's apparently a connection between the name Marcel and D students. :^(
 
On a serious note, I don't want you to think I didn't answer you because I was sitting here staring at your avatar, over, and over, and.........I'm sorry, what was the question? OK, OK, OK, on a more serious note, Dionne just called to say, your credit card did not clear, so that is why she did not answer you. OK, OK, OK, on a really, really serious note, (Damn, that's a lot of commas), I am not an expert on the play list. I don't use it, so can't say what it did in other versions. However, wouldn't saving it, give you a record of what has played? What about the history? Would that not give you the same info? Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but what did it do for you, in previous versions? Where did it save the info to?

You know you can't listen to those other two guys. Ones from Norway, and the other is from Canada. What the puck do they know?

Well yes, it DID in the 4.0 versions but it doesn't seem to anymore. It saved it in the Plalylists folder. It's still doing that but it's only saving what I had loaded that I didn't play. It might be in the history but this would not be of any value.

Basically what it did in the past was it copied everything you loaded from start to finish (Closing program) and if you wanted to you could load that night's playlist, put it on automix, go shopping at the mall for 5 hours and come back in time to tell the people GOOD NIGHT. (Not that I would do such a thing) LMAO

I really expected this to be an easy question with 40 people coming in the post and say "Duh" Renee it so simple.
 
I'm still at a loss here, (way too many drugs in my youth). I just looked at the history of last nights gig. It was not in a playlist, just the songs that I played all night. I can click on that date, highlight everything in the browser, and move it to the playlist. I am sure I can hit auto, and it would play. This is not what you are looking to do? Please explain?

I just tried this and you don't even have to copy, just click on the date, and it will show in the browser and the playlist.

Ding!!! We have a winner here ladies and gentleman, the key word was HISTORY.
I didn't have that checked in the browser settings. In the old 4.3 version the songs were save in the playlist directory, I don't think there was a history directory. Thanks for staying with me here and feel free to bill me!

Umm..........Is it possible.........I mean, would you say that.......Like, like really close to my ear, in a soft..........almost, close to, a whisper? Whoa, did I actually say that? I gotta get out more. Oh, and you are on the "Never, ever have to pay list". Just keep that on the DL, because the other women still have to pay. The worst part is, I'm ambidextrous, so they don't know where the pimp hand is coming from.
