Just got virtual dj and im using it with my old pc. Im ready to get anew pc was wondering what is better vista or xp for the program.Also if im getting a pc with pentium dual core 2.0ghz with 4 g memory is that sufficent. not going to be running any other programs on it except virtual dj. Any help would be app. thanks alot Anthony

Yeah Anthony....those specs should work just fine..and VDJ works with both Vista and XP..so there is really no bad choice here...
 

I dislike vista, Too many issues. but that is just me. Either platform will work with VDJ

You should register your software. Become a Pro VDJ user and ditch the no license label.

i use XP on my gig box, BECAUSE i built the PC when XP was the only system out.

my 'work' laptop has Vista, and VirtualDJ plays great there.

few weeks ago i was having the usual XP plyups, so i tryed out Vista on a spare harddrive with this hardware (bit old now, but still good)

"Shuttle XPC sn25p, Athlon 939 Dual Core 4000, 2 gig ram, and a gForce 8600 (that had video problem on XP (DX10 issue i think))"

anyway, VirtualDJ seamed a lot smoother, and video was great.

Dual core Processor is recomended, even if youre just gonna mix MP3s.

the more RAM memory, the better.
