Tópico: Lack of response from the VDJ Team

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Hey guys,

I live in Singapore, and purchased two timecoded vinyls online from the virtualdj website more than 2 weeks back. After waiting for a couple of days, I went to the support section of this website and sent out a question to the sales team, asking them when I could expect to have my timecodes delivered. Unfortunately I didn't receive any replies from them, so 2 days back I sent out another question, this time to the general management. As of this moment, when I check my tickets, both of them are listed as 'New Tickets' which means that nobody has even read my question yet!

It is written in the help center, that questions are usually answered within 2 working days. I do understand that certain questions require more time to be answered, but 10 days on and nobody has even read my question yet? Whats up???

Hi djsonance, i am from singapore too. The support team will reply do not worry.

Just out of curiosity what VDJ version are u using?

Hey... Im using VDJ 5.0. Where do u spin?

I spin mostly mobile now on private party (hotel, club etc), event and wedding right now. No longer in pub and club due to some reason;)

Some of my info http://www.thedjlist.com/djs/ANTAREZ/

Just an advice, do register ur serial at ur modify ur profile and upgrades to the latest VDJ v5.2.1. The update will work well with ur purchased VDJ vinyl..hehe and it is the gen3 tcv. (I'm the first to have it here last yr:P). Moreover u can now use serato vinyl that can be purchased here in singapore to use with VDJ using noisemap;)

If u have any question u may ask me here or in the asian forum, i be glad to assist u;)

Regards.

So . you are usisng a non legal Vdj -

I doesn't matter what he is using, he bought something and wants it.
Shipping worldwide has some bottlenecks at times and crossing continents and oceahs is even worse.

More often than not, buyers get antsy and impatient and start filling out tickets.
Normally when we dig in, it is always in transit and specific location is not known.
It is right about then that the user replies that he got it and the time is wasted tracking it.
So letting them sit tight is usually best where so much is beyond our control once shipped out.
There are customs to deal with and tarriff agencies tie this stuff up also, also well beyond our control.

So be patient, it will get there.

Thanks for your replies. Im using the trial version right now which a friend burned for me. It expires in 14 days. In any case, that friend of mine is using the professional version of numark cue at his home studio(which he purchased). Thats where my turntables are, and thats where we are gonna be using the timecodes. I had to buy them online cuz he doesnt have a credit card.

I personally have been using traktor all along, but am gonna be switching to VDJ (I am gonna buy it too). So I'm not ripping Atomix off or anything. Cheers.

djsonance, u can use the trial from this site which is v5.2 and will let u use for 20 days.

Let yourselves known by giving ur input in the asian forum n btw welcome to the community;)
