That depends on what you are looking for. I do not own a vestax but I own a m-audio xponent and I can tell you that I am very happy with it as an all in one solution with good quality. It has lots of buttons,knobs and sliders, good soundcard and is just about the right size ergonomically. I am very happy with it so far.
I can't comment on the vestax because I haven't used one before... good luck to you
