PLAY: Plays/pauses the loaded Track of Left/Right Deck.
Hold SHIFT down and press this button to play-stutter the Track (playing while button is pressed)
CUE: When the Deck is paused, you can set a temporary Cue Point by moving the Platter to place the Audio Pointer at the desired location and then pressing the Cue Button. During playback, you can press the Cue Button to return the track to this Cue Point. (If you did not set a Cue Point, then it will return to the beginning of the track.). If the Deck is paused, you can press and hold the Cue Button to play the track from the Temporary Cue Point. Releasing the Cue Button will return the track to the temporary Cue Point and pause it. To continue playback without returning to the Temporary Cue Point, press and hold the Cue Button, then press and hold the Play Button, and then release both buttons.
Hold SHIFT down and press this button to return to the beginning of the Track.
JOG: Touch-sensitive jogwheel to Scratch , bend or adjust Beat grid. When Vinyl mode is enabled, use the upper part of jogwheel to hold and Scratch and the outer part to pitch-bend.
REV: Keep this button down to reverse the playback. When released, Track will resume playback from the position it would have been if the REV button was never pressed.
FLUX: Enable/disable Slip mode. When enabled, several actions such as scratching with jogwheel, Hotcues, Loops etc will act temporarily and Track will resume playback from the position it would have been when the actions above are finished.
FAV: Hold this button down and then use the BROWSE encoder to scroll through the Browser Favorite shortcurs. Hold SHIFT down and use this button to get the dialog for adding a new Favorite Shortcut.
STAR: Press this button to add the selected Track to the Automix List Hold SHIFT down and use this button to add the selected Track to the Automix List and remove the duplicates from the automix list as well.
BROWSE: Scroll through Files or Folders depending on the focused Browser window. The same encoder can be used to scroll and select Effects. See Effects Hold SHIFT down and use the Encoder to scroll though the Folders List. When Prelisten is enabled, hold SHIFT down and navigate through the Track of the Prelisten Player
Push the encoder to load the selected Track to Left/Right Deck. If focus is on Folders list, open sub-folders (if exist) or enter Songs list if Folder doesnt have sub-folders. Hold SHIFT and then push the Encoder to set focus to the Folders list.
PRELISTEN: Start Stop Prelisten Player
VIEW: Toggle focus between the Songs and the Sideview Lists of Browser. Hold SHIFT down and then use this button to cycle through the available tabs of Sideview (Automix, Sidelist, Sampler , Karaoke and other shortcuts)
TT: Use this button to set Jogwheel to Vinyl/Scratch mode.
JOG: Use this button to set Jogwheel to CD/Bend mode.
SYNC: Use this button to synchronize BPM and phase to the opposite (or Master ) Deck. Hold SHIFT down and then use this button to smoothly reset Deck's tempo to the original value.
MST: Use this button to manually set the Deck as Master (all other Decks will be synced to this one) Hold SHIFT down and then press this button to return to the auo-selection of Master Deck (mainly follows the Deck that is playing on air)
PITCH: Adjust the tempo of the loaded Track.
MOVE ENC: Push the encoder to toggle between Beat-Jump and Pad-Param mode. When in Beat-jump mode: - Rotate the encoder to jump the Track backward/forward by the amount of beats selected from the Loop size. - Hold SHIFT down and then rotate the encoder to adjust the Key of the Track - Hold SHIFT down and then push the encoder to reset the Key of the Track to its original value
When in Pad-Param mode, (the led of the selected Pads mode will blink), - Rotate the encoder to adjust the 1st Parameter (if exists) of the selected Pads mode. - Hold SHIFT down and then rotate the encoder to adjust the 2nd Parameter (if exists) of the selected Pads mode.
KEYLOCK: Enable/disable Key-lock ( Master Tempo)
LOOP ENC: Rotate to half/double the size of the Loop in beats. Push to enable/disable the Loop of the specified beats. Hold SHIFT down and then rotate the Encoder to move the enabled loop forward/backwards by 1 beat at a step.
